Automotive Sales Consultant – Southwest Volkswagen

What You'll Do

Greet customers on the lot and in the showroom with a warm, professional approach

Listen to customer needs and help match them with the right vehicle

Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits

Guide customers through the buying process, including test drives, trade-ins, and financing

Follow up with leads and past clients to maintain strong customer relationships

Achieve sales goals and contribute to the dealership’s overall success

What We’re Looking For

Sales experience is a plus (automotive or retail), but not required

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Availability to work Saturdays and some evenings

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
