- Maintain and support scanners
- Support Java application issues
- Diagnose hardware and software problems , replace defective components
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery
- Trouble shooting problems
- Recommend software and hardware products
- Supports Web access and electronic messaging services
- Provides new hardware specifications
- Defines procedures for monitoring
- Performs troubleshooting for complex hardware , software and network problems
