is seeking a

Community Manager

to lead operations at a large, new-construction apartment community in Arlington Heights, IL.

As a

Community Manager , you will be responsible for shaping the resident experience, driving property performance, and leading a diverse onsite team to ensure the community thrives. If you're a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service, this role offers the chance to make a lasting impact on a brand-new development.

Position Responsibilities :

  • Partner with the leasing team to support applications, move-ins, and resident onboarding
  • Serve as the primary contact for resident relations, including renewals, lease questions, and collections
  • Lead and develop an onsite team of 5+ staff, including property management, engineering, and maintenance
  • Oversee property upkeep through regular inspections, timely repairs, and vendor coordination
  • Manage financial operations, including budgets, reporting, and variance analysis
  • Support community engagement through resident feedback, events, and communication
  • Position Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of previous lease-up management experience
  • Class A property management experience
  • Active Illinois Leasing or Broker license
  • Previous revenue management experience
