Job Title : Customer Care Specialist – Back-Up Care Team

Position Overview :

We are seeking a compassionate and resourceful Customer Care Specialist to join our Back-Up Care team. This role supports employees of client companies by helping them secure alternative child care solutions when their regular arrangements fall through. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, solution-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees of client companies seeking back-up child care solutions.
• Handle inbound calls from employees or place outbound calls to internal care networks (child care centers or in-home providers).
• Assess caller needs and provide timely, appropriate care options to ensure the employee can maintain their work schedule.
• Accurately document all interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams through CRM notes to ensure continuity of service.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy while troubleshooting care-related issues.
• Support the mission of helping working families stay productive by providing reliable care solutions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75 / hr.
