About The Position

Job Title : Electrophysiology Technician

Profession : Cardiopulmonary

Specialty : Electrophysiology (EP)

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Monday to Friday

Hours per Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM

Experience : Minimum 1 year of electrophysiology experience, or 3+ years of interventional experience.

License : CVT background preferred or ARRT certification.

Certifications : RCES certification or interventional technologist background.

Must-Have : EP lab experience.

Description :

This position is for an experienced technician in a busy environment performing complex ablations.

The lab utilizes advanced systems, including PFA technology, for implanted devices, pacemakers, and loop recorders.

The unit comprises 2 electrophysiology labs.

Staffing ratios typically involve 2 technicians and 1-2 registered nurses per case, depending on the complexity.

The lab handles 2-6 cases per day across two rooms.

This role operates Monday through Friday with no weekend or on-call requirements.
