Overview

Title : Contracts Administrator Associate

Location : Elyria, OH

Temp role : 6 months (filling in for LOA)

Shift : 7 : 30 am – 4 : 00 pm

Base pay range : $28.00 / hr

Hourly rate of pay : $25-28 / hr (pay based on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Order Entry
  • Schedule changes
  • Customer portal management
  • Customer communications - comfortable picking up the phone and talking to customers, sometimes delivering bad news while staying positive and supportive
  • Must be computer savvy
  • Excel fluent, comfortable using Microsoft Teams to support customer calls as needed
  • Applies principles of cost accounting to collect and analyze history and estimated cost and pricing data
  • Prepares moderately complex bids and cost proposals that are economically feasible and competitive
  • Analyses moderately complex production cost performance data
  • Represents the pricing team in cross-functional projects

Qualifications

  • No bachelor's degree required (preferred)
  • HS Diploma / GED and appropriate work experience required (if they have a bachelor's degree, great, but not a requirement)
  • In-office role - no remote / work from home supported
  • Prefer a college degree for higher pay rate
  • Aerospace experience not necessary, a person that would be a fit for this position would have customer service / data entry type experience
