Doors, Frames & Hardware (DFH) Project Manager

Position Overview : We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex DFH projects from inception to completion, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction while maintaining profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage multiple commercial DFH projects simultaneously
• Utilize COMSENSE for project management and documentation
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with field operations, detailers, and installation teams
• Manage client relationships and expectations
• Review and approve shop drawings and submittals
• Negotiate contracts and change orders
• Ensure project compliance with specifications and building codes
• Monitor project costs and maintain profit margins
• Lead project meetings and coordinate with general contractors
• Mentor junior project managers and team members
