Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent for our client's projects in Southern California. The role involves overseeing commercial construction projects, primarily renovations and retrofits of buildings such as retail and commercial facilities. Responsibilities include managing upgrades to interiors, mechanical, electrical, and control systems, as well as coordinating partial demolition, carpentry, roofing, and other general renovation tasks.

Skills and Requirements :

• 5 to 10 years of experience within Construction and Construction Management
• Experience using P6 and Microsoft software, and Procore
• Ability to travel regionally 25%
