A company is looking for a Director of Family and Clinical Services - BCBA.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 1 : 1 teleconsultation services for parents and caregivers as well as neurodivergent professionals and their managers
Provide guidance on behavior analytic strategies, the IEP process, and navigating workplace challenges
Collaborate with fellow Directors on case reviews and maintain client follow-ups and documentation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Master's Degree or above
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Minimum 8 years of experience as a BCBA with individuals with developmental disabilities
Minimum 5 years of experience in conducting parent training using ABA principles
Experience supporting neurodivergent professionals in the workplace
