The attorney will be responsible for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer bankruptcy cases, representing debtors from all walks of life across Arizona.

Compensation :

$85,000 - $105,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome
• Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings
• Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff
• Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolution
• Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs
