Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to the office (similar to a secretary role).
  • Work with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software.
  • Help organize and maintain files and records.
  • Occasionally visit clients and perform caregiver supervisory visits.
  • Assist with other office tasks as needed.

    • Requirements :

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation for occasional visits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Ability to manage files and paperwork efficiently.
  • Prior experience in home care or healthcare administration is a plus.
