A company is looking for a Support Specialist - Bilingual Mandarin.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and restaurants regarding account management and order inquiries
Manage incoming tickets from email or text via CRM and return calls for voicemails related to tickets
Perform minor troubleshooting and document correspondence between restaurants and customers
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Availability for evening and weekend shifts
Call center experience is a plus
Food industry experience is a plus
