Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a diligent and organized Administrative Assistant to support our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing executive schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining various reports. A strong command of the Japanese language and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain monthly development cost reports, including manhours and expense tracking, with cross-functional communication and coordination.
• Manage executive schedules effectively.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for a team of fewer than 15 members.
• Perform translation tasks as necessary.
• Oversee a small vehicle fleet of fewer than 20 vehicles, including scheduling with users and arranging routine maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

This is a fully onsite role based in Saline, MI, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. This is a long-term contractual position.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00 / hr.
