Bula Forge & Machine is a Cleveland-based manufacturing company seeking a productive, highly motivated, and energetic CNC Set up Operator to join our team. Candidates must have an exceptional attitude, strong work ethic, and potential for advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Set up Okuma machines
  • Safely run and maintain machines as needed
  • Personnel training
  • Random part inspections throughout the shift
  • Problem solve and make decisions on ways to decrease cycle times and efficiency of setups
  • Team motivation

Qualifications

  • CNC Okuma machining background
  • CNC setup and program editing experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Detailed thinking
