Location : On-site with Flexible Scheduling | Akron, Ohio

Salary : $65,000 - 75,000 base (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities (Payroll Manager) :

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multi-state employee population
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  • Partner with HR on benefits deductions, new hires, and terminations
  • Drive payroll system optimization, automation, and process efficiency
  • Support audits, reconciliations, and reporting requirements

    • Qualifications (Payroll Manager) :

  • 5+ years of payroll experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or manager role
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws and multi-state compliance requirements
  • Experience with payroll systems (ADP, Paycom, or similar) and Excel proficiency
