Self-Sufficient, Yet a Team Player : Can operate independently on the road but stays in good communication with dispatch and maintains a positive, respectful attitude. Job Responsibilities : Safely operate a refrigerated (reefer) tractor-trailer for long-haul routes Pick up and deliver perishable and temperature-controlled freight on schedule Monitor trailer temperature and ensure proper load handling Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety Benefits : Great Pay Rates SOLO Drivers Flat Rate of .55 CPM doing 2,200-3,000 miles weekly Stop Pay $40 per stop (after the first stop) Flexible Home Time Health, Dental, & Vision Benefits 401k Program with Company Match We are Pet Friendly No Touch Freight – This means all the loading and unloading is done while you wait Late Model Volvo 780s & the All New VNL 860 Automatic Transmissions PrePass and NorPass Equipped – This is designed to make your hauls run as smoothly and efficiently as possible Drivers Are Usually Out and Back Weekly 2200-3000 Miles Per week Qualifications Valid Class A CDL with current medical card. 2 Years Verifiable CDL A Experience Required (Must be within the last 5 years) Clean MVR No More than 3 Minor Preventables in the Last 3 Years No More Than 1 Major Preventable in The Last 3 Years No DUI / DWI / DVI in The Last 10 Years No SAP Candidates within 12 months of SAP completion date
