Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Sales Representative to help expand our presence in the industrial market. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with plant management, engineers, and facility owners, and promote our full range of industrial contracting services.

This role is best suited for a self-starter who thrives on developing long-term partnerships and delivering value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within industrial facilities and manufacturing plants.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including engineers, maintenance managers, and procurement teams.
  • Develop and deliver professional presentations, bids, and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure accurate project pricing and execution.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in industrial sales, preferably in mechanical trades, new construction projects, working with general contractors and experience in the electrical field would be a strong plus.
  • Strong technical understanding of industrial systems and facility operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Valid driver’s license.
