Associate Director, Partner Data Operations Job Summary We are on the hunt for someone who loves a good challenge and works well under pressure to join our Home and Office team at 3D Cloud.
As Associate Director, Partner Data Operations , this individual will be working with the following teams :
- Data Pipelines : Responsible for data upload and product data management for partner products (SKUs). 3D / Realism : Responsible for the creation and / or management of any 3D assets (art) to be used in the application.
Development / QA :
Responsible for planning and maintaining scope and schedule for delivery of our SaaS solutions to our partners.Project Managers :
Responsible for delivering software and content projects Account Directors : Responsible for partner health and project management Responsibilities and Duties Data Management and Requirements Receive partner data objectives and convert into clear pipeline requirements Build and maintain product data templates Handle complex datasets and large information volumes in spreadsheet formats Apply complex logic and business rules from data perspective Ensure data accuracy and proper functionality with strong attention to detail Learn and understand 3D Cloud's database structure and content workflow Project Delivery and Oversight Ensure delivery of data and 3D assets through complete project lifecycle Define upfront discovery and objectives clearly for complex projects Monitor and report project progress to all stakeholders Meet regularly with project teams and sponsors for status reviews Ensure all project documentation and deliverables are completed Identify, document, communicate, and mitigate risks Communication and Documentation Communicate and document requirements clearly across all teams Educate teams on missing or incomplete partner data information Attend daily stand-up meetings with PMs and account directors Lead partner check-in calls as needed Provide demos to partners or prospects Partner Enablement and Training Train partners on utilizing 3D Cloud AMS for end-to-end data order building Conduct demos for partners and prospects Lead partner check-in calls Team Leadership and Development Deliver feedback in positive, supportive manner across teams Train, mentor, and manage junior data and business analysts Work effectively with various team members Qualifications and Skills Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Management, Math, Engineering or equivalent 5+ years previous work experience as a Project Manager, Business or Data Analyst or relevant experience Professional experience with JIRA and Agile development Excellent communication and organization skills Good understanding of intra-department functions and operations Possesses excellent project management and systems development life cycle skills including scope and issue management, schedule management, and deliverable oriented delivery.Possesses the ability to develop estimations, including the work steps and effort hours Is able and willing to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities Self-starter who requires minimum supervision and adapts easily to changing work environments, requirements, and able to jump in to unblock projects Preferred Qualifications Professional project management experience working in one of the following areas :
AR / VR, Video game development, or Mobile development Passion for AR / VR industry Ability to travel 10-15% This position is not open to candidates based in California, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, or Washington.Compensation & Benefits The base salary range for this position is $110,000–$130,000 USD , depending on experience, qualifications, and location .Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, relevant background, and geographic market.We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes :
