Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and concierge services

Support daily operations : breakfast service, housekeeping coordination, spa scheduling

Supervise and assist staff to maintain high service standards

Ensure guest areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming

Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns

Assist with social media content, promotions, and guest experience initiatives

Provide local knowledge and recommendations to enhance guest stays

Required Skills

Previous hospitality, front desk, or boutique lodging experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work independently and as a leader within a small team

Flexible availability (mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
