    Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and concierge services
  • Support daily operations : breakfast service, housekeeping coordination, spa scheduling
  • Supervise and assist staff to maintain high service standards
  • Ensure guest areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns
  • Assist with social media content, promotions, and guest experience initiatives
  • Provide local knowledge and recommendations to enhance guest stays
  • Required Skills

  • Previous hospitality, front desk, or boutique lodging experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as a leader within a small team
  • Flexible availability (mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
