We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Mortgage Loan Originator.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to assist members with their mortgage lending needs, analyze loan requests and make credit decisions based on mortgage lending policy.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Input complete and accurate residential loan applications.
  • Evaluate applications for approval / denial and work with borrower for any additional documents.
  • Understand and articulate financial calculations and current rates and pricing.
  • Assembles and organizes documents in loan file.
  • Actively develop business relationships with realtors and other professional referral sources.
  • Keep informed of current trends in mortgage lending and market factors.
  • Maintain required NMLS registry.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with first and second mortgage real estate lending.
  • Must be able to travel independently.

    • Schedule :

  • Monday – Friday 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
  • Saturday Hours 8 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM (Typically works one Saturday per month)
  • Full Time Employees have a 40-hour work week within the hours listed above.
