We’re looking for skilled CNC Machinists to join manufacturing teams across Washington, Ozaukee, and northern Milwaukee Counties. If you take pride in precision work and enjoy running high-quality equipment, this is a great opportunity to put your experience to use.

- CNC Lathe Operators
- CNC Mill Operators
- CNC Swiss Machinists
- CNC Setup Operators
Pay : $20–$28+ / hour, depending on experience
Shifts : 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
What You’ll Do :
Set up and operate a variety of CNC machines to produce precision partsRead and interpret blueprints, work orders, and inspection plansAdjust tool offsets and machine parameters as neededPerform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)Maintain equipment and ensure quality and safety standards are metQualifications :
2+ years of CNC machining or setup experience preferredStrong understanding of G-code, tooling, and machine setup proceduresAbility to work independently and troubleshoot issuesExperience with any of the following a plus : Haas, Mazak, Okuma, Fanuc, or Swiss-style lathesIf you’re a detail-oriented machinist looking for a solid, long-term opportunity with room to grow—this is it.
