Remote Sales Representative – PEMB / Metal Building Systems
A respected leader in the pre-engineered metal building industry is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to grow business throughout the Southeast U.S. This remote role offers strong earning potential, flexibility, and the opportunity to represent a trusted name known for delivering quality metal building systems and long-term client partnerships.

What You’ll Do :
Build and manage relationships with general contractors, builders, and end users across the Southeast region.
Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities in the PEMB market.
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and technical information to clients.
Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and project management teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and project opportunities.
What You Bring :
3–5+ years of successful Pre-Engineered Metal Building sales experience.
Established network within the commercial and industrial construction sectors.
Strong technical understanding of PEMB design, fabrication, and erection.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Compensation & Benefits :
Base Salary : $65,000 – $85,000 (DOE)
Commission : Uncapped, performance-based
