The Role We’re looking for a General Manager to lead one (or more) of our BRAVAS locations.

This role is about more than running operations, it’s about owning the full business performance, creating an environment where teams thrive, and ensuring every client experience reflects the premium standard of BRAVAS.

As a General Manager, you’ll have responsibility for P&L, budgets, and key KPIs across both sales and operations.

You’ll lead high-performing teams, foster strong culture and communication, and partner closely with regional and executive leadership to align local success with national goals.

This is a senior leadership role where strategy meets execution, and where your leadership directly shapes the reputation and growth of BRAVAS in your market.
