About The Position

Certifications : ACLS, BLS, PALS, Stable

Must-Have :

• Comfort floating between all specialties : ICU, MICU, MS-Tele, ER, etc.
• Experience with NICU Level II patients, including going to deliveries and initiating CPAP.
• Ability to perform ABGs, all respiratory treatments, and managing respiratory equipment.

Description :

Seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide quality patient care.

The role involves administering respiratory treatments to patients of all ages, including NICU, MICU, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.

Will cover a variety of areas including emergency and inpatient departments.

Experience with PACU treatments and overnight oximetry is required.

Responsible for assisting with intubations, as independent intubation is not required.

The candidate will work with various respiratory equipment including Drager V500 and Hamilton devices.

Self-scheduling is available with flexibility expected to fill gaps in staffing.

The role requires working rotating shifts and every other weekend.

The applicant must be willing to float to different units as needed.

Dress code is any color scrubs that are clean and professional.

Orientation involves 1-2 shifts with a preceptor.
