Friendship Village is looking for experienced carpenters to work with our crews in a fast paced environment performing the following tasks.

Building Maintenance : Performing general maintenance on the buildings, condos and apartments.
Window and Floor Repair
Cabinet and Door Installation / Repair
Drywall Repair
Equipment Maintenance
Basic Plumbing

Qualifications :

Experience with using hand tools and power tools.

Self-motivated and a team player who is dedicated to providing quality work and ensuring residents' satisfaction.

Applicants are required to pass pre-employment screenings that could include : Criminal background checks, Abuse registry check, Drug test, Physical, Flu vaccinated and TB test.
