SCHEDULE : Regular working hours

PAY RATE : $15-$17 per hour

DESCRIPTION :

Our client is seeking a temporary employee to support a short-term data processing project involving the scanning of documents. This role will last approximately three weeks and requires the candidate to process several pallets of physical documentation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, fast-learning, and comfortable working with digital tools to ensure accurate and efficient document handling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Scan and digitize physical documents

Organize, label, and process large volumes of paper files

Maintain accuracy and consistency across digital records

Follow established procedures and timelines for document processing

Handle documents with confidentiality and care

Collaborate with team members or supervisors to resolve issues or clarify instructions

REQUIREMENTS :

Experience : Prior experience with document handling or administrative support preferred

Skills : Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Technical : Familiarity with Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)

Adaptability : Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions with minimal supervision

Physical : Ability to handle physical documents and potentially lift boxes as needed
