Production Clerk / Production Assistant
Production clerks / Production Assistants are responsible for assisting the day-to-day operations of the production department, including document management, data entry, production planning support, and production-related administrative work. This position requires good organizational skills, communication skills, and basic computer skills.
Main responsibilities :
- Assist the production manager to make and follow up the production plan to ensure the smooth execution of the production plan.
- Responsible for organizing, archiving, and keeping all kinds of documents in the production department.
- Collect, input, and analyze production data to provide data support for production decision.
- Assist with administrative matters in the production process, such as meeting scheduling, document preparation, etc.
- Monitor production progress and report any problems or delays to production manager in a timely manner.
- Assist in keeping production equipment maintenance and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, sales, and other departments to ensure the timely supply of production materials.
- Complete other temporary work assigned by superiors.
