About the Role
We are looking for a people-first Engineering Manager to lead and grow our Data Engineering team. In this role, your primary focus will be building careers, removing obstacles, and enabling a culture where engineers thrive.
You’ll work in close partnership with a seasoned technical lead responsible for architectural decisions — freeing you to focus on developing people, aligning strategy, and driving team performance.
This is a great opportunity for a strong people manager who understands data engineering and is passionate about building and leading high-performing teams in a mission-driven environment.
