Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Registered Nurse is needed to provide exceptional one-on-one nursing care for an 8th-grade student with plex medical needs in a middle school setting. This role is based onsite in East Newark, NJ, with a work schedule from 8 : 00 am to 2 : 30 pm. The position requires bus transportation to the student, who is located at a CP center in Belleville, NJ.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver prehensive nursing care to a medically fragile student diagnosed with cerebral palsy who is non-ambulatory
• Monitor and implement seizure and asthma care plans accurately
• Maintain close munication with family, school staff, and healthcare providers
• Ensure the student's safety and fort during school hours and bus transportation
• Administer medications and perform nursing assessments as prescribed
• Provide support tailored to the students specialized needs and mobility support, including wheelchair assistance
• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of health status and incidents
