MIG Welder - Fort Worth, Tx

$20-28 / hr

Job Description

Join our team as a MIG Welder, where you will be responsible for completing both production welds and custom orders on steel. Your role will involve setting up and maintaining equipment, reading blueprints to understand project specifications, preparing and assembling materials, performing welds with precision, and inspecting finished products for quality and defects.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain welding equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications.
  • Prepare and assemble materials for welding.
  • Perform precise welds on steel.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and defects.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in MIG welding.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Experience with stainless steel and production welding.
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in aluminum welding is a plus.
  • D 1.1 Certification is a plus.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Forest Hill, Texas.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00 / hr.
