Seeking an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who prefers to practice in an environment that offers comfortable work-life balance in rural, northwestern Illinois.

Highlights / Qualifications :

• APP Experience Preferred
• Busy Practice
• Clinic Based
• 4.5 days per week
• Current Staff - 1 APP
• Some after-hours phone calls required
• Population of practice area is 1,500
• Salary Range : $120,000-$180,000 plus production-based bonus potential
