We are seeking a knowledgeable and hands-on Facility Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our steam plant, chilled water systems, and grounds maintenance. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of critical hospital infrastructure, including boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, and exterior grounds.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage daily operations for roughly ~15 direct reports
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance or repairs
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery
• Train, schedule, and support staff to ensure a productive and positive work environment
What's Available :
• 1.0 FTE
• Location : La Crosse, WI Main Campus
• Schedule : Hours typically between Monday-Friday days with willingness to work outside standard hours as business needs permit
