Responsibilities of a CNA :

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, meal service, feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning.
• Maintain clean living conditions for residents.
• Complete all reports and records promptly.
• Perform duties in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Handle other duties as assigned by nursing leadership.

Qualifications :

You'll need a High School Diploma or equivalent and an active Wisconsin CNA certification. The ability to work independently or as part of a team is essential. While previous long-term care experience and computer knowledge are a plus, they are not strictly required. You must also be compliant with state healthcare worker background check requirements.
