Job Highlights :

This is a full-time day-shift position working Mon-Fri from 8 : 30am-5pm. There will be a 90-day training period which will have to be onsite, then if meeting performance expectations - can work remotely. Must be able to come into the office for occasional meetings or if you are having technical issues. The office location is 7980 Clayton Road Richmond Heights, MO 63117.

Job Summary :

Answers incoming calls and performs triage of inquiries.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements :

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responds to telephone and / or Internet inquiries from customers seeking information and / or resources following a set standard.
• Collects relevant caller data to assist with measurement, tracking and reporting activities.
• Track inquires, questions and answers and provide resolution.
• May perform clerical or administrative duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
