Change Media Group is hiring : Political Video Producer (REMOTE OPTION) in Chicag

Overview Political Video Producer (REMOTE OPTION) role at Change Media Group (CMG). CMG has crafted, written, designed, and produced creative for more than 100 winning campaigns across America. CMG’s videos and groundbreaking creative have helped presidents, governors, Members of Congress, and some of the country's most effective progressive organizations engage communities, persuade people, and turn out voters. This position can be based in Chicago, IL, Grand Rapids, MI, or remote.

Responsibilities Client & Team Collaboration : Serve as a point of contact for clients and account managers, translating campaign goals into production plans. Partner with creative directors, writers, and editors to bring ideas to life.

Shoot Logistics : Coordinate schedules, locations, crew, and equipment; manage budgets and timelines; anticipate and troubleshoot logistical needs.

Post-Production Management : Oversee edit timelines, manage script edits, gather and organize client feedback, assist editors by pulling assets, and ensure high-quality final delivery through quality checks.

General Project Management : Keep multiple projects on track, balancing competing deadlines.

Qualifications Experience producing video content (political, advocacy, or cause-based experience a plus)

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once

Strong communication skills, confident in managing clients, internal teams, and external vendors

Familiarity with post-production workflows and editing processes

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
