Shift Details & Availability
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts in one of these periods : 8 AM–8 PM
- 7 AM–7 PM
- 7 PM–7 AM
- Flexible scheduling; availability on weekends and overnight shifts may be required
As a Home Health Aide / Caregiver, you will :
Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional supportAssist with personal care : bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feedingAssist clients in dressing, laying out clothes, and maintaining hygieneProvide medication remindersPrepare meals, plan nutritional meals suited to the client's needsPerform light housekeeping tasks : laundry, linen changes, and keeping the home tidyProvide transportation to / from appointments and errandsHelp family members learn safe care techniquesFollow the client’s care plan; report any changes in condition or needsQualifications
Minimum 1 year of senior caregiving experience (agency, facility, or private client)Experience or comfort working with Dementia or Alzheimer’s clients is a plusValid driver’s license and reliable transportationAble to lift at least 25 lbs as neededFlexible and able to adapt to changing situationsTolerance for small pets (e.g., cats or dogs)Ability to communicate via phone or email for schedules, client updates, and emergenciesHonest, dependable, respectful of dignity and privacyCompensation & Benefits
