Summary

my client is one of the nation's top law firms, renowned for its expertise in personal injury and sexual abuse. I am currently helping them find an Attorney for their LA office (role can be remote but there is monthly meetings in the LA office you must attend) The ideal candidate should have 5-20 years of litigation experience and MUST have experience in Sexual Abuse

Responsibilities

• Represent plaintiffs in sexual abuse litigation cases with professionalism, empathy, and dedication;
• Manage a caseload from initiation through resolution, including investigation, client depositions; deposing other witnesses as needed, opposing motions for summary judgements and preparation for trial as needed;
• Represent clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings;
• Collaborate with the team to develop effective legal strategies and provide sound legal advice to clients;
• Effectively communicate with clients, expert witnesses, supporting witnesses, and medical providers to gather information.

Requirements

This role has a base comp of 150-210k + 5% bonus + origination %
