About the Opportunity : A highly regarded litigation firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal (3+ years) to join its dynamic team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys playing an integral role in case preparation and trial support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist attorneys with case management from inception through trial and appeal.
• Draft, proofread, and file pleadings, discovery requests / responses, subpoenas, and other legal documents.
• Manage discovery, including document review, production, and e-discovery platforms.
• Organize case files, maintain litigation calendars, and track deadlines.
• Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategy.
• Prepare deposition summaries, exhibits, witness binders, and trial notebooks.
• Provide hands-on support during depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial.
