Job Summary
Responsible for managing Supply Chain information systems and processes including the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform and master data files, contract management software, GPO databases, various Supply Chain technology side systems, interface implementations, and troubleshooting. Collaborates with various departments to ensure efficient use of these systems. Maintains control of operating systems, collaborates with Information Technology (IT), and defines lines of accountability and responsibility. Acts as a technical expert for Supply Chain software / hardware. Provides day-to-day oversight and management of the Informatics team members.

Manages and leads all Supply Chain information systems and improvement efforts with customers, Supply Chain staff, and end users.
Implements Supply Chain strategic initiatives and process improvements.
Optimizes use of Enterprise Resource Planning system and other Supply Chain automation tools. Implements new tools when feasible to increase efficiency.
Partners with Information Technology Services and other business functions for strategic needs.
Creates and oversees processes to ensure strong internal controls related to vendor and item master files.
Facilitates system processes, managing changes and resolving issues in a cost effective and productive manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and consistent standards for technical solutions.
Manages a portfolio of strategic and business critical systems, while seeking improvements.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory / Management Responsibilities
Job has direct and / or indirect supervision of team members that may include final budget authority, hire / termination authority, performance appraisal responsibility and disciplinary authority. Job will be considered a member of management staff at Prisma Health or affiliate and will have direct reports.
Minimum Requirements
Education - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Computer Systems, Information Technology or related field of study. Master's degree preferred.
Experience - Five (5) years financial / supply chain related computer systems experience. Healthcare experience preferred.

In lieu of the education and experience requirements noted above, an equivalent combination of work / academic experience may be considered (i.e., nine years of related experience OR Associate degreeand seven years related experience OR Master's degree and three years of experience).
