The Part-time Employee Relations Specialist (24-28 / hrs. per week) plays a critical role in fostering a fair, respectful, and productive workplace. This position is responsible for conducting internal investigations, managing accommodation requests, resolving employee relations issues, and applying company policies and employment laws in a fair and consistent way. The specialist will collaborate closely with People Partners, Legal & Compliance, and other stakeholders to address complex employee concerns and foster a culture of accountability and trust while mitigating employment risks.  This role could be based in our Nashville, TN office on a hybrid basis.

Employee Relations & Investigations

• Conduct thorough, timely, and objective internal investigations into employee complaints and concerns, including allegations of harassment, discrimination, misconduct, and policy violations.
• Partner with People Partners, Compliance, and Legal to assess risk, determine findings, and develop action plans.
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential documentation of all case activity and resolution steps.
• Analyze trends in employee relations issues and recommend proactive solutions to mitigate recurring concerns.
• Provide expert guidance to managers and People Partners on complex employee relations matters.

This is an hourly position, and the compensation reflected below is the hourly rate range.

The base salary range for this role is listed below and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, all employees are eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package.

Base Salary Range

$55 — $75 USD
