Are you passionate about real estate and helping clients find their dream homes? The Missy Chandler Team is seeking a dedicated Showing Partner to help with property showings, expand our team's reach, and enhance client satisfaction. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow within the real estate industry.

As a Showing Partner, you will play a vital role in supporting our team by providing exceptional service during property showings and ensuring seamless client interactions. This role is built for flexibility and efficiency—it’s not your typical 9-to-5. Candidates without a license must be ready and committed to obtaining their real estate license promptly.

Compensation & Schedule

  • $100,000+ expected first-year earnings (base+commission)
  • 5 days per week, 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM
  • Required to work 2 weekends per month
  • Paid time off

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct property showings with buyers while delivering exceptional service and professionalism
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with clients, answering questions and addressing concerns throughout the showing process
  • Collaborate with team members to manage calendars and maximize availability for showings
  • Provide detailed feedback to the team on client preferences and property impressions
  • Assist with scheduling and follow-up, ensuring a seamless client experience
  • Build lasting client relationships by being responsive, reliable, and service-oriented
  • Stay up to date on market trends, new listings, and neighborhood insights to provide valuable guidance during showings
  • Coordinate with listing agents to confirm and manage appointments efficiently
  • Support marketing and business development efforts by attending open houses and client events as needed
  • Represent The Missy Chandler Team with professionalism, maintaining a polished appearance and positive demeanor
  • Leverage CRM tools to track client interactions, feedback, and follow-up tasks
  • Qualifications :

  • Genuine passion for real estate and creating outstanding client experiences
  • Active real estate license (or readiness to obtain one quickly)
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong client relationships
  • Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented in all aspects of the role
