Opportunity Overview :
Astound is currently seeking a Financial Analyst (I or II), depending on qualifications, to join our team! You will support key financial processes, including data analysis, monthly reporting, forecasting, and budget planning. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and capable of maintaining and enhancing financial systems, reports, and planning templates. The analyst will ensure consistency and accuracy across models while collaborating within a dynamic finance team, performing structured analysis to identify key trends, and provide insights that support decision-making.
A Day in the Life of the Financial Analyst (I or II) :
Financial Analyst I
- Manage financial data processes, ensuring accurate integration, reconciliation, and consistency across reporting and forecasting models
- Maintain and distribute monthly reporting packages
- Reconcile report outputs for executive review
- Support the monthly financial close, forecasting, and annual budgeting process
- Interact with all process stakeholders to track timeline adherence
- Coordinate with the Director of Finance to implement automation procedures and enhance accuracy of reports
- Assist in preparing board decks and supporting analysis for CFO, Monthly P&L and other presentations as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Financial Analyst II
