We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice-President Quality Engineer to join our Treasury Services Engineering team. This role is located in Pittsburgh.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways :

• Manage a small to medium-sized team responsible for defining, planning, and overseeing testing efforts
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
• Develop and monitor project plans and budgets
• Present reports, communications, and quality assurance training materials, including actionable recommendations
• Monitor software and system defects, ensuring effective resolution
• Support product migrations across all system environments
• Ensure adherence to procedures and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for results
• Participate in recruiting, instruct, assign, direct, and review the work of other QA / testing analysts
• Prepare performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to team members
• Contribute to the achievement of team objectives
