Job Duties for Patient Care Coordinator :
- 2+ years' of experience
- Schedule patient appointments, coordination of patient care, manage relationship between Patient / Doctor / Medical Clinic
- Medical Assistant Diploma / Certification is required
- High School Diploma is required
