You should be confident, open to better ideas, and savvy enough to know the difference.

Collaborate with internal teams (design, strategy, project management, media, events) and external partners (production companies, printers, media outlets) to deliver top-tier work
Advocate for the client and the agency in equal measure to balance priorities
What You Bring 3+ years of experience in account management or marketing consulting with direct client communication
Experience working with creative and production teams (bonus if you’ve touched TV or radio commercials)
Working knowledge of the paid media landscape (broadcast, streaming, out-of-home, digital, social) and ability to keep assets moving
Solid foundation in marketing principles to offer smart recommendations to clients and internal teams
Project management skills : organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects
Confidence, collaboration, and the right amount of grit
