Project Manager The ideal candidate is a self-starter, has excellent communication skills, and an analytical and results-driven leader with a proven track record of successfully completed projects. Responsibilities include : Preparing and managing project budgets, cost reports, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Implementing strong budget control measures and value engineering strategies. Reviewing architectural drawings, space planning, and equipment layouts. Developing vendor scopes, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining project timelines. Collaborating with clients and team members while maintaining professionalism and ethical business practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project required. Experience : 2-3 years in project management within industrial / commercial construction. Compensation & Benefits : Salary Range : $110K - $140k (based on experience).
