We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Analyst to deliver insights that optimize marketing strategy and performance. In this role, you will leverage data to inform strategic marketing decisions and collaborate closely with the VP of Growth Marketing. The ideal candidate has deep analytical skills, a solid understanding of marketing principles, and knowledge of the data center industry.
Responsibilities :
- Data Compilation & Integration : Gather and consolidate data from multiple sources (Google Analytics, Salesforce, Seismic, YouTube, etc.) into a centralized Data Lake House (DLH) (e.g., Snowflake). Develop and maintain data models to standardize and organize the information, then integrate it into BI tools (e.g., Sigma Computing) to deliver accurate, unified, and actionable reporting for stakeholders across the organization.
- Data Visualization : Design and deliver clear, impactful visualizations and dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights, enabling stakeholders to make data-driven decisions with confidence.
- Demand Generation Performance : Measure and analyze the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns, tracking key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and customer acquisition costs. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize performance and maximize marketing impact.
- ROI Measurement : Calculate and report on the return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance marketing efficiency, budget allocation, and overall business impact.
- Data Center Market Analysis : Conduct comprehensive analysis of the data center market, including trends, competitive landscape, customer segmentation, and regional variations. Translate findings into insights that inform prospecting strategies, content development, campaign targeting, sales enablement, and long-term strategic planning. Use insights to identify growth opportunities, refine messaging, and strengthen DataBank's market positioning.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or SQL.Hands-on experience with data warehousing concepts, including data modeling and integration of multiple data sources into a single platform (DLH).Ability to design and maintain scalable data models that support consistent, accurate, and actionable reporting across business units.Strong data visualization skills with experience building dashboards and reports in Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.Experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) and integrating these with BI / warehouse environments.In-depth understanding of the data center industry, market dynamics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to tell compelling data-driven stories.Experience with predictive modeling, forecasting, and advanced statistical or machine learning techniques.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Certifications in relevant platforms or tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, Snowflake, Tableau / Power BI, Salesforce) are highly valued.Collaborative mindset with proven success partnering across marketing, sales, product, and finance teams.Benefits
