AlliedTravelCareers is working with Patterns LLC to find a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, 17601!

Pay Information

$44 to $49 per hour

About The Position

  • Newly remodeled clinic with state-of-the-art equipment and technologies
  • 1 : 1 patient treatment
  • Close collaboration with onsite medical staff
  • Highly personalized and patient-centered outpatient care to employees and their dependents
  • Schedule is Monday - Friday,  no weekends or holidays with limited evenings until 6 : 00 PM

In addition to outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapy, this site houses an innovative pilot program focused on movement health. The right fit candidate will collaborate with the Move Better – Move More ® program based on the foundations of movement-centric solutions for MSK dysfunction. To learn more about this program visit

The ideal candidate :

  • Understands the value of outcomes measurement, operational metrics, and patient satisfaction

    • The responsibilities :

  • Deliver quality, outcomes-driven physical therapy services
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers within the onsite clinic
  • Document with therapist friendly web-based software and documentation system (EMR)
  • Utilize FOTO patient engagement and outcome-based tools
  • Manage relationships and promote physical therapy services, time management, and communication

    • The requirements :

  • Two (2) + years of outpatient experience
  • Two (2) + years of Orthopedic and Manual Therapy experience
  • Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Dry Needling experience preferred but not required
  • Proficiency with EMR scheduling and documentation systems
  • Confidence, initiative, and experience to build employer relationships and patient caseloads
  • Degree from a CAPTE accredited school
  • Current state licensure in Physical Therapy in the state of Pennsylvania
