The Early Pipeline Respiratory Associate Medical Director reports to the Global Medical Head of Respiratory and Gastroenterology and will support rhinology (CRSwNP) and LCM. This role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the medical strategy for rhinology (CRSwNP), while also supporting the execution of real-world evidence (RWE) and medical studies across the respiratory portfolio under the guidance of the medical directors.
The individual will work in close collaboration with respiratory medical directors to develop and implement integrated evidence generation plans (IEGPs), ensuring timely execution of studies and associated publication plans—from prioritization as part of IEGP framework, to conceptualization through to publication. This includes partnering with all relevant stakeholders, including clinical, research, and scientific communications teams to align on strategy and deliverables.
This role also drives with strategic leadership from medical directors, the external stakeholder engagement and ensuring excellence in medical launch readiness across countries. The role will bring in-depth knowledge of studies, ensuring that medical plans and strategies are underpinned by robust scientific evidence and tailored to meet the needs of patients.
