Job Description
Monitor and respond to emails and messages promptly.
Screen and manage incoming calls.
Assist in setting and managing daily priorities.
Reconcile timecards with corresponding invoices.
Maintain and update calendars and appointments.
Publish content to social media platforms (content provided).
Data entry into the project management system based on vendor reports.
Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
Must Haves
Residency in the Philippines. Open to Filipinos ONLY.

Collaborative mindset.
Nice to Haves
Real estate / construction industry knowledge / experience.
Social media management experience (content creation).
Home Office Requirements
